The Reality
As an Accidental Counsellor you are not a qualified Counsellor and you don't do therapy. However, regardless of title or qualification you are an Accidental Counsellor.
Accidental Counsellors are people who find they are placed in a counseling/mentoring role by accident, as a result of requests for help from friends, colleagues, clients or others.
The Challenge
You want to help, but are unsure how to respond appropriately and may be confronted with a whole range of difficult dilemmas. ¿

The Accidental Counsellor Training gives participants a practical framework for managing these issues. As a result you experience structure and confidence in your work.
