How do I know my course enrolment on My PL has been successful?
Once your enrolment has been confirmed in My PL, you will receive an email advising the location and event details. The authoriser, usually your Principal, will also receive an email confirming your enrolment.
Why do I receive two emails when I enrol in a course?
Your school will receive an email advising that you have applied to enrol in a course or event. Once your enrolment is confirmed, the school will receive another email confirming your enrolment.
If I am unable to attend a course or conference, will my school still be billed?
If your cancellation is received prior to the MY PL closing date, your school will not be invoiced. Where a commitment against your enrolment has been made for catering, venue or presenter costs after the closing date, your school will be invoiced.
Where are courses held?
Course and conference venue details will be published with the event information in My PL. There are also location details for each venue we use located in the Calendar tab on our website.
How do I select workshops for the conferences I enrol in?
Once your enrolment for a conference has been confirmed, you will be emailed a link to Survey Monkey to make workshop selection.
Where can I find presentations from past conferences?
Where permission is given, presentations from previous conference will be made available on the Resources section of our website.
Where can I obtain additional information if I require it, after a course or conference?

What happens to photographs that are taken at conferences and events?
SRG committee members may take photographs of delegates who attend conferences and events. Photographs are only used for the purpose for which they were taken and may be used as promotional material on our website. You may inform the event facilitator if you do not wish your photo to be published.
If I cannot attend a course I have enrolled in, can my enrolment be transferred to another course?
Yes, provided your cancellation has been received prior to the closing date. Please email SRGNirimba@det.nsw.edu.au
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Educational Services Macquarie Park event enrolment cancellations received prior to the MY PL closing date, schools will not be invoiced. Due to organisation requirements, such as catering and facilitator costs, schools will be invoiced for cancellations after the My PL closing date, unless in the case of exceptional circumstances. Nominations for a substitute to attend in the place of enrolment will be accepted.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes. On some occasions, photographs of participants may be taken and displayed for promotional purposes such as the SRG-Nirimba website. Your privacy will be respected. Please advise the event coordinator if you do not wish your photograph to be published.
What does PLF stand for?
The Professional Learning Facilitator provides administrative support and event management for the SASS Reference Group committee.
